Return Eligibility

• Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — unless we shipped you the wrong item or a defective product.
• Unopened or unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. Two-way shipping will be deducted from the refund.
• Used or knocked-in bats are not returnable under any condition unless approved by management.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, abdo guards, or any item classified as personal hygiene products.
• Returns due to size, style, or fit (shoes, apparel, helmets, etc.) are allowed, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
